We are lucky to have Albertsons doubles again this week. Sorry this post is late, the doubles expire tonight, but it’s worth the trip if you can swing it. I went last night and got a found a few different items that are FREE after manufacturer coupon and the Albie’s double.
FREE is the best, right? So here are the items that I figured were FREE this week with the doubles:
- Hefty One Zip Bags $2 use $1 coupons from 5/17 Red Plum insert = FREE (actually you’ll pay tax, about 9 cents a box). Coupons were also in blinkie machines at many stores – so watch for those.
- Hefty One Zip Fresh Extend Bags $2 use $1 coupons from 6/7 Red Plum insert = FREE (tax only)
- Velveeta Mac n Cheese single serving cups $1, use coupons $1/2 (blinkie machine) = FREE
- Tree Top apple/grape juice (packs of 3 single servings) $1, use $1/2 coupons (from insert, not sure which one) = FREE
- Organic Harvest brand – select varieties are $2, use the $1 internet printables from the Organic Harvest web site and get those FREE.
Although not FREE, here are some decent deals:
- French’s Spicy Brown mustard or French’s Honey Mustard $1.59 – 75 cent coupons(SmartSource 3/29)= 9 cents each
- Boca Burgers (box of 4) 2 for $6 or $3 each, use $1 off 2 coupon and get 2 for $4. I need to price these against Costco – I’m not sure how they compare. Seemed like a decent deal.
- Kraft cheese – I found some 8 ounce blocks on “clearance” (with red tag) marked down to $2.39 (instead of $3+) and I doubled a 50 cent coupon for Kraft Natural Cheese, 2%milk, and got them for $1.39 each. This comes out to $2.78 a pound for cheese – not ideal, but we were out and so I figured it was a decent deal.
I might go back tonight and get some more Hefty One-Zip bags – such a good deal for something I know we’ll use. Hope you are all finding great doubling deals and let’s hope that next week is another lucky week with doubles again.
